San Pellegrino - Aranciata Rossa (classical)

taste profile: sour, complex citrus, with a natural aftertaste. sweetened, yet perfectly balanced. an evergreen, it is extremely refreshing and works really, really well with a bucket of ice cubes.

rating: 8/10. it’s a classic and genuinely tastes like blood orange. though it may seem basic, this would make for an excellent mixer with vodka (or perhaps rum).
