taste profile: strong elderflower, highly carbonated, sour, yet lacking volume. strong elderflower aftertaste, pleasantly botanical, slightly saline too. aftertaste lasts quite a while, adding to the experience. 

rating: 7.5-8/10. really delivers on that promise of lightness. very pleasant, exceptionally refreshing, well balanced taste (sweet vs sour), inspired aftertaste (the salinity really makes it stand out).
