Sparkling L’Mon - Zesty Lemon & Lime (with a hint of apple)

taste profile:  lemon and lime to the front, no questions asked. that zesty lime is prominent, while the lemon takes a backseat throughout the journey of a mouthful. not sweet at all, or if it is, then it’s entirely eclipsed by how sour and strong the citruses are. it’s definitely refreshing and would do really well served with loads and loads of ice cubes. no after taste, given the nature of the dominant flavour; perhaps a little bit of that apple, but it may just be my imagination. as a Volvic product, it tastes a lot like the producer’s own lemon flavoured water. 

rating: 6.5/10. i am not so sure what it is about it that fails to make it too appealing to me. perhaps just how standard (i.e. Volvic-like) the taste profile is.
