Something & Nothing - Yuzu Seltzer

taste profile: very subtle; particularly noticeable in the aftertaste; the first “splash” on your tongue after drinking does not taste like much; slightly sweet, almost slightly saline. reminiscent of Borjomi. the ingredients give us a hint at the taste - primarily lemon, grape juice. aftertaste persists - that lemon and grape at the front; i don’t know what yuzu is supposed to taste like.

rating: 8/10 light, airy, very refreshing. best served chilled. an excellent mixing drink.
